Well, I've been sick lately, going to the doctor a lot, and only able to teach piano lessons occasionally. So, I haven't made it to the post office yet.
The other night, I was at choir practice at church, and it was a chilly night. I didn't have my jacket with me, but remembered the thick wool sweater in my trunk. So, I took it out, and tried it on. It fit!

And gosh, was it warm and comfy!
I was SO tempted to keep it for myself, but my conscience reminded me that this sweater is for a very cold person in Mongolia. They certainly need it more than I do. I have plenty more jackets and sweaters to keep me warm.
So, it's back in the trunk now, ready to be mailed. At least I enjoyed wearing it once!

I hope you are feeling much better. So sad to hear that you have not been feeling weel.
The sweater looks great! Someone in a far away land will be so warm because of your thoughtfulness.
How's the crocheting coming along?
Blessings always
Thank you, my friend!
I caught Influenza A about a month ago, and it really messed me up. I'm just NOW getting over the cough and congestion. Whew! I'm definitely getting a flu shot next year.
I've been crocheting a LOT for the Bernat Crochet & Knit Along for Project Linus. I'm making 2 crochet baby blankets, and 2 knit baby blankets.
I hope you're doing well!
The sweater is so pretty, and it really did look good on you...but you did the right thing, being the giver you are. :-)
Thank you, sweet Renna! :)
