Back in June of 2006, I was out browsing in an antique shop, and I came across this nice vintage Woman's Day magazine from July, 1957:
Of course, I HAD to buy it, because it had a nice article about Grace Kelly knitting a sweet baby cardigan for her new little baby girl, Princess Caroline. :)
Such a sweet story, and a lovely baby sweater knitting pattern as well!
Here's the story:
and here's the pattern:
I haven't tried knitting the sweater myself yet, but I will!

That was a great find! What a great article and pattern. :)
Blessings always
I just love that little sweater! Especially on baby Princess Caroline. :D I want to get out my finest, baby soft yarn to make one just like it!
What a sweet story. It always makes me sad to think how tragically Princess Grace' life ended.
I hope you show the sweater when you get it knit! :-)
