French Scarf is Finished!

Actually, I'm kind of sad to be finished knitting the French Scarf. It was so fun to knit, and went too fast. But now, I can wear my lovely French Scarf any time I want. It is so warm, but very lightweight and fluffy. And the yarns feel so soft! :)
Wearing the French Scarf

I love how the different yarns worked together. The colors remind me of a Gala Apple!

Here's a view of how wide the scarf is:

Now, I want to knit another one, because like I said, it's so fun to make!

Until then, I'll just have to keep myself busy with all the other projects I've been knitting.

Hi Sandy, my name is Delisa, I am 48 years old and live in Georgia. I love to knit and write. I stumbled upon your blog tonight as I was looking at various knitting blogs. What a beautiful scarf, you are right it is just the color of gala apples!. I had to smile when I saw your post about Miss Marple! I just watched the Carribean Mystery a couple of weeks ago. I was looking for a good mystery and downloaded it from Amazon's video on demand. I too was wondering about the pattern and thought it was such a cute name. I like to crochet too and usually have one project of each going at any given time. I just finished my first pair of gloves tonight. They were a bit of a challenge, but I like how they came out. You have a very nice blog and I really enjoyed all your detailed photos. Have a lovely evening! Delisa :)

Hi Delisa!

Nice to meet you. :) It sounds like we have some things in common, for sure. Congratulations on making gloves! They are definitely an accomplishment. Take care, my new friend.
